The schedule of Sunday´s and Monday´s departures can be found here. Please everybody confirm you agree with this schedule. You can confirm this at the tournament desk in all 3 venues or you can confirm this by e-mail to forter@czechsquash.cz.

Arrivals

For those arriving tomorrow (Thursday) Michal Jirka (phone number +420 774 477 154) will be a contact person at the airport waiting for you at the exit. He will guide you to the parking lot where the bus or car for you will come.

Here are some basic information about the tournament:

Venues

We are using 3 venues - Hector, Squash Bowling Centre (SBC) and STEP. The categories will be divided in between the venues (Hector - GU19, BU15, BU17, SBC - GU11, GU13, GU15, GU17, BU19, STEP - BU11, BU13). We will try to play the same category in the same venue during the whole tournament with some exceptions. On Thursday all the matches of all categories will be played in Hector. On Sunday all the finals and 3rd place matches will be played in Hector. Some quarterfinals and semifinals on Saturday might be moved to Hector as well. Some plate rounds for lower positions might be moved from the venues where the rest of the category is played as well (probably BU17 on Saturday and Sunday). 

Schedule

With such a high number of entries it will be very busy in all 3 venues all the time. We will start at 15:00 on Thursday in those age groups with more than 32 entries (BU13, BU15, BU17, BU19). On Thursday all the matches of all categories will be played in Hector. The other age groups will start on Friday. 

The times of first matches of all the players are here. These times are provisonal and can change in case of withdrawals. The file will be updated when any changes happen. Please check it again just before the tournament as there might be changes!!!

Seedings and draws

Seedings were published on esf.tournamentsoftware.com. 

According to ESF rules we can only publish the draws when the tournament starts. So we will publish the draws on Thursday afternoon when the tournament starts.

Food

This year you can again eat in all 3 venues. To enable you this we had to plan the amount of food for each of the venues which was a bit of a challenge and we would therefore like to ask you to eat your food in the venue where you play (if possible). The lunch will be served from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner will be served from 18:00 to 21:00 starting with a dinner on Thursday. For those who did not order food they can eat in restaurants in all 3 venues. Because on Thursday all the matches will be played in Hector the dinner for everyone will also be served in Hector.

Registration

Everyone needs to register at the main tournament office. It will be in Hector centre. It means everyone needs to come to Hector once to register and get a t-shirt and meal vouchers. You can play your first match in other venue and come to Hector to register later if you wish. Or coaches can come to Hector to register their whole groups as well. The office will be open from Thursday 12:00.

Some basic information about the tournament will be displayed in Hotel STEP lobby before the start of the tournament and also during the tournament.

Transport

There will be 3 lines of buses. The first line will go between STEP and Hector, the second line will go between STEP and SBC and the third line will go between Hector and SBC. The transport will start at 13:00 on Thursday. The schedule is here and will be displayed in all the venues and in the hotel lobby as well.

Airport transport

Those with tournament packages which inlclude airport transport will be picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel. There will be a person at the airport on Wednesday and Thursday who will organize the transport at the airport. He will have SQUASH sign with him so you can easily recognize him. His/Her mobile number will be published here before the tournament. If you don´t see him just wait for him or give him a call or text. He will come soon. If you know your flight is delayed before your departure from home, please let him know about this. If you are delayed for example because of your luggage, please let him know as well.

Streaming

There will be live streaming from the main court in Hector centre (court no. 2) during the whole tournament. Playo.tv will provide the service. Here is a link to their website where you can watch the matches.

Referees

There are going to be qualified referees on the court no. 2 in Hector (streaming) for the whole tournament. Some of other quarterfinal/semifinal matches will be refereed by them as well. All the other matches will be refereed by the players who played the previous match on the court.
